Klemens Rahardja is an entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, author, and public speaker based in Indonesia. His career began in Melbourne in 2003, shaped by a single, ambitious vision: kewirausahaan sebagai alat pemersatu Indonesia — entrepreneurship as a unifying force for the nation.
In 2017, he founded The Entrepreneurs Society (TES) — today one of Indonesia's most structured entrepreneurship ecosystems, with over 12,000 members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bali, 400+ events hosted nationally, and a community that has welcomed 250,000+ participants since inception.
He is the author of The Art of Entrepreneurship and a three-time TEDx speaker — TEDxYouth@SPHSentulCity, TEDxTSM, and TEDxTrisakti — whose talks capture a core philosophy: that great businesses are built by growing people first. He has delivered 700+ speaking engagements as keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist — and has mentored 150+ companies and brands as strategic advisor.
